NG Opportunities and Info

[The Ohio State University]

September 24th, 2018

Hi everyone,
Erik Shaw from Northrop Grumman asked to pass along the following info about opportunities at NG and the Expo:

"Northrop Grumman is looking to hire a significant number of OSU students and will be present at Engineering Expo on Day 2 (Wednesday 9/26), holding interviews on campus the following day. We have some internship positions still available, but are especially looking to find more full-time candidates.

If you are a graduating senior majoring in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, please come out to the booth on Wednesday and talk to us!
Baltimore, Dayton, Cincinnati, and a few other sites are all looking for more candidates in these disciplines.

Requirements to work for Northrop Grumman as a college full-time hire or intern are:
1. Must be a U.S. citizen capable of obtaining a security clearance
2. Must have a 3.25 or higher GPA in an applicable engineering field (the GPA requirementmight be flexible)
3. Have no future work obligations with another company

Some of the perks of a career with Northrop Grumman:
• Development Emphasized (paid training, tuition reimbursement, and access to NG-developed courses are common across the company)
• 9/80 Schedule (optionally work 9 hour days and get every other Friday off!)
• Flex-Time (balance worked hours across a 2 week pay period)
• Generous Vacation Time Accrual
• Highly Competitive Compensation
• Interesting and Meaningful Work (learn how to regularly innovate and make a difference for important customers!)
• Paid OT (usually overtime is paid across most NG sites, for those occasions where you decide to work overtime – a rare benefit in a salaried position!)
• Global Company with Growth and Rotational Opportunities Across the U.S.A. and the World

We’d love to talk with you!"
