[Electronicsclub] Open Lab Canceled (Oct 1, 11:30a-1:30p)

Just realized that there are only 30 days in September. Open Lab will be
canceled on October 1st, not September 31st. As mentioned before the later
open lab and the solar cell soldering are still planned.
