<div>During the last meet up, I promised to forward around instructions for how to register for Drupal Camp Ohio with university funds.</div>

<div>Do to a shortfall in OSU funds for Drupal Camp Ohio, Vedu is asking that individuals paying for registrations use university funds do so via departmental transfer instead of going through the Drupal Camp Ohio website. This allows the event to pay for the
venue with all-OSU funds and obtain a substantial discount.</div>

<div>Regular registrations are $50 per person, but for only $100 per person, you get a registration that comes with the warm fuzzy feeling of having contributed. Higher sponsorships are still available and the goal is to raise another $3,000.</div>

To register, file an "internal order" erequest listing "Extended Education" as the vendor. In the instructions, be sure to specify that the funds are for Drupal Camp Ohio and list Vedu Hariths(.1) as a contact. Attached is a copy of Engineering's donation erequest
in case there are any questions as to how to fill it out.</div>
