[Drupal] Changes to YouTube ToS

Students in China and some other countries can't access YouTube. I wonder if they can access Vimeo? I agree that Mediasite is problematic.

Youtube is apparently changing its ToS to allow it to monetize non-partner videos. From email:


YouTube has the right to monetize all content on the platform and ads may appear on videos from channels not in the YouTube Partner Program.

This could mean embedded videos start showing ads. Since OSU Mediasite isn't useful for embedding video, any thoughts?
