Thanks - I think I've got it.  Managed to get myself into the appropriate category of the dropdown tree as well.  As much fun as my Dogbert icon is, it probably doesn't belong on a site where I should try to look professional...

The pictures are supposed to update within 24 hours from opic. There's a job that runs in the site's cron.

One neat thing about it doesn't require its own user input but can pull the name.n value needed for opic from another field (in our case a kmdata reference field).

If you have editor access, you can also log in and upload a picture locally to the site. I think the minimum size is something like 480x640.
