We used loadstorm for something non-drupal a few years ago. It wasn't free though at the time.

Posted this to Yammer’s Software Developer group.  I thought I’d post it here as well…
What are you using to develop and run load tests against your web applications?  We have investigated blazemeter.com, which uses JMeter scripts, which are easy to record and manage, but Blazemeter's free tier offers only 50 concurrent users and a max of 10 tests a month.  Do any of you know of any university-wide or college/departmental agreements in place with companies that specialize in load testing?
