[Drupal] freelance site creation

I would at least be interested in learning more about what they need and their timeframe. Is this to be considered an ongoing maintenance type of job, or just the initial build? Is it an internal job, or an outside “contractor” kind of job.

Hi All,
The Neuroscience Research Institute at OSUMC is looking to have a website created for them. They would like a landing page with some content, but will eventually need to be interactive with assessments, brain games..etc.  They are looking to have it created as soon as possible.
Let me know if anyone is interested or knows someone who might be interested.
