[Drupal] drupal/Nisonger website

Good morning,
I am new to website management, I mostly make updates here at the Nisonger.
I have installed Adobe Dreamweaver CS6. To help manage/make updates.

When I try to preview any document in I.E from the remote server, it points to my local storage files rather than the website URL. Is it set up incorrectly? Any help or wisdom anyone can offer me would be greatly appreciated.
