[Drupal] directory module

With respect to the directory modules listed below, I wrote most of those.
It will require a significant chunk of work to upgrade them to d7.  Most
of the code is in km.

There's a plan of sorts for rewriting them to use entities heavily while
addressing other institutional data like courses, buildings, etc. Back in
February a group of us from a couple different colleges got together and
hashed out how we thought it should be architected. Work got delayed due
to shifting priorities, staffing changes, and a need to help out with the
Kmdata project (which powers these modules).

However, I expect work to shift back to the Drupal modules this summer.
Engineering needs d7 versions of these roughly by the end of October.

I know there are some other existing d7 kmdata and non-kmdata backed
directory solutions around campus. Brian in vetmed demoed one at the last
OSU drupal meetup.
