[Drupal] recommendations for search modules and configuration

Hello Drupal Gurus!  I have a question regarding Drupal Search Modules and configuration.

Requirements:


1.)    Module which provides basic AND advanced Search

2.)    Module which returns results for a search which does not exclude minor differences in words (for example:  a search for "cat" and "cats" should return the same results.

3.)    Module which will allow the user to search via taxonomy term and return all results in that classification.

Does anyone have recommendations?
