on any and all aspects of comics, broadly conceived. “Comics” can refer to comic strips, comic books, graphic novels, visual poetry, and other types of graphic narratives. We are also open to proposals that consider adaptations of comics into other media.
This year’s conference will be held in person, on the campus of York University, in Toronto, Canada on Saturday, May 27, and Sunday, May 28, 2023, as part of the annual Congress of the Humanities and Social Sciences.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

et tables rondes pré-constituées sur tous les aspects de la bande dessinée, au sens large. Le terme "bande dessinée" peut désigner les bandes dessinées-strips, les livres-albums de bandes dessinées, les romans graphiques, la poésie visuelle et d'autres types
de récits graphiques. Nous sommes également ouverts aux propositions qui envisagent des adaptations de bandes dessinées dans d'autres médias. La conférence de cette année se tiendra en personne, sur le campus de l'Université York, à Toronto, au Canada, les
samedi 27 et dimanche 28 mai 2023, dans le cadre du Congrès annuel des sciences humaines et sociales.<o:p></o:p></span></i></p>

dominants et contribuer à une ré-imagination de la société et de la culture de manière plus générale. Les propositions pourraient également appliquer une perspective historiciste critique pour remettre en question les récits du passé et du développement de
