The deadline for Swann Fellowship applications is February 14, 2023. Please

This fellowship for the 2023-2024 academic year is administered by the
Library of Congress and one of the few for graduate students doing
scholarly work in caricature and cartoon – in any field. Graduate students
(and recent post-docs) enrolled in a program in North America (Canada,
Mexico, and the United States) are eligible. If you are not a U.S. citizen
or a legal resident of the United States, then you must have a valid visa
that permits accepting monetary fellowships to be eligible. As a government
institution, the Library cannot make exceptions.
