<p>Hello CEGE Graduate Students,<o:p></o:p></p>
<p>It has been brought to my attention that there have been <strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">multiple
</span></strong>complaints from students, faculty, and staff about individuals not wearing masks in the Bolz Hall spaces. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Please note: everyone MUST wear a mask in ALL spaces in Bolz.
</span></strong>The only exceptions to this is while you are eating or drinking. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">NOTE: the huddle and conference rooms are NOT PRIVATE SPACES. As such, save for the brief periods in which you are eating or drinking, YOU MUST WEAR A MASK IN THOSE SPACES. </span></strong><o:p></o:p></p>
<p>Please understand that this is a University policy, and it must be adhered to. Everyone wants this space to continue to stay open, but if we continue to get these complaints, we may not have a choice. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Please also understand that there is no justification for being rude to someone who is not wearing a mask. If you see someone is not wearing a mask. Please POLITELY ask them to put their mask on.
</span></strong>I have encountered several students who were likely eating or drinking, and simply forgot. Every student I have asked to do so has been very understanding, and put their mask back on. <o:p></o:p></p>
