<p class="MsoNormal">This is just a reminder that eyewash stations need to be flushed and the log sheets filled out on a weekly basis. Please see attached documentation from EHS. I’ve noticed several labs this week that have let this lapse significantly, including
one lab that needed to be closed completely because the eyewash was not functional.

Please let me know if you need a log for the station. I have metal tags that can be attached. You can also print one and hang it next to the eyewash.
