than those things,</tt><tt><br>

</tt><tt> You need to have your OSU ID #. Most of you will
have it on your </tt><tt>BuckID</tt><tt><br>
</tt><tt> cards (student #). You will use this as your </tt><tt><font
color="#ff0000">ID number </font></tt><tt>on your
answer</tt><tt><br>
</tt><tt> sheet. If you don't have a BuckID you can look up
your OSU ID number in</tt><tt><br>
</tt><tt> Buckeye Link. Please memorize it or store it in
one of your calculator's</tt><tt><br>
</tt><tt> memory registers. Without this OSU ID number it
could take up to a week for</tt><tt><br>
</tt><tt> you to get your score in Carmen.</tt><tt><br>
</tt><tt> </tt><tt><br>
</tt><tt> You must also make sure you fill in your </tt><tt><font
color="#ff0000">name</font></tt><tt>, </tt><tt><font
color="#ff0000">test form</font></tt><tt>, </tt><tt><font
color="#ff0000">test number </font></tt><tt>and</tt><tt><br>
</tt><tt> </tt><tt><font color="#ff0000">sign </font></tt><tt>the
answer sheet. This includes bubbling them in on the
answer sheet.</tt><tt><br>
</tt><tt> It is VERY important you get the correct test form
(B,C,D,E or F) and</tt><tt><br>
</tt><tt> test number on the scantron. The exam questions
are scrambled and if these</tt><tt><br>
</tt><tt> aren't correct we don't know which key to use for
grading.</tt><tt><br>
</tt><tt> </tt><tt><br>
</tt><tt> </tt><tt>The TAs will NOT be giving out OSU ID
#'s.</tt><tt><br>
