Arrive at least 15 minutes early. We will start promptly at
7:00. If you
are late you will NOT get extra time to finish. You will need all
the
allotted time. If you go to the wrong room you will be sent to
the correct
location even if it means you will be late. You will not get
extra time
because you are late due to going to the incorrect room.

You MUST have ALL bubbles filled in
when time is over. You will NOT
be
given extra time to fill in the bubbles after the TA announces the
exam
is over. If you do not have the bubbles filled in, the answer
sheet will
be collected blank and that is the score you will receive.

When there's 5 min remaining you need to remain in your seats. At
the end
of the exam stop writing, hold up both the exam and answer sheet
in your
hand and remain seated. Your TAs will be positioned around the
room and
call you up one at a time one row at a time.
allowed)

calculator
(without cover) and ID on your table top. Other than those
things,
pencils and erasers, nothing else should be out.

****************************************************************************

You need to have your Carmen ID (OSU ID #). Most of you will have
it on your
BuckID cards (student #). You will use this as your ID number on your answer
sheet. If you don't have a BuckID you can look up your OSU ID
number in
Buckeye Link. Please memorize it or store it in one of your
calculator's
memory registers. Without this OSU ID number it could take up to
a week for
you to get your score in Carmen.

You must also make sure you fill in your name,
test form, test
number and
sign the answer sheet. This
includes bubbling them in on the answer sheet.
It is VERY important you get the correct test form (A,B,C,D or E)
and
test number on the scantron. The exam questions are scrambled and
if these
aren't correct we don't know which key to use for grading.

5 pts may be deducted from your exam score for not having your
Carmen ID or
the other things filled in on the answer sheet. The TAs will NOT
be giving
out Carmen IDs.
