The 'Value Added Producer Grants for Seafood Businesses' webinar will provide additional information about the USDA VAPG program. During the information session USDA Management and Program Analyst, Greg York will;

-Provide an overview of the USDA VAPG program
-Review eligibility criteria
-Define value-added products
-Discuss eligible uses of grant funds and address questions

Participants must register in order to attend.

More about Greg York and the Value Added Producer Grant program:  Greg York is a Management and Program Analyst with the USDA Rural Development Agency, based out of Washington, D.C.. His primary role is working on the Value-Added Producer Grant and has been doing so since 2011. The Value-Added Producer Grant (VAPG) program helps producers (residing in the U.S.) enter into value-added activities related to the processing and marketing of new products. The goals of this program are to generate new products, create and expand marketing opportunities and increase producer income.
