<p class="MsoNormal" style="background:white"><span style="color:black;background:white">Over the course of the past year you were asked to participate in two surveys assessing the culture and climate of our organization, one being the University wide faculty
and staff survey and the other the 2014 Extension North Central Region Organizational Culture Study. Findings from these studies are being reviewed by Administrative Cabinet and will be shared with you in detail during regional conversations over the next
few months. During these conversations you will have the opportunity to learn more about what the findings are telling us and discussing implications with your regional director.</span><span style="color:#212121"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="background:white"><span style="color:black;background:white">In my role as Gist Chair, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to </span><span style="color:black;background:white">lead the 2014 Extension North Central Region Organizational
Culture Study</span><span style="color:#1F497D;background:white">. </span><span style="color:black;background:white">I appreciate the efforts of those involved with me in conducting this study: Graham Cochran, Karen Argabright, Jeff King, and Jessica Bowen.
I speak for the team in conveying our </span><span style="color:black;background:white">appreciation to those of you who took the time to complete the questionnaire. Your time and input has provided us with a snap-shot of OSUE’s organizational culture which
serves as a springboard for our continued conversations. I encourage you to review the report (the link below) summarizing the findings for Ohio prior to your regional conversations.</span><span style="color:#212121"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
