<p>Dr. Luo has just announced the opening of the 2016 FEF Scholarship.  This scholarship is decided upon by Dr. Luo, and there are multiple levels for prizes.</p>

<p>The window is only open for a brief period of time so make sure to complete it and turn it in ASAP!</p>

<p>Remember, in order to be eligible, you must register with FEF.  There are directions how to do so in the application if you have not already.  As a side note...it is also required that all club members be registered FEF members.</p>
