There are buses that go there, or if any people on campus want a ride, I can take a couple, just reach out. We will be doing some casting, so make sure you wear pants (preferably jeans), long socks, and close-toed shoes. We have safety glasses at CDME, but if you have your own feel free to bring them! We have several patterns to choose from, so we'll figure out what we actually want to make when everyone gets there. Also, once we get the castings cleaned up, you'll be able to take them home should you choose to do so. Any questions, feel free to reach out! There is a total of $8000 to be given out, and considering the small pool of applicants, everybody should have a good chance to get a piece of the money. Please complete the attached application and email it to Dr. Luo by March 24th. The scholarships will be given out to the winners on April 4th, at the annual undergraduate awards banquet.
