Hopefully everyone's first day went smoothly. We are looking to get started this semester with the first meeting being on Tuesday August 30 at 5:30 in Fontana room 2100. Pizza and drinks will be provided. The meeting will be more social and be a good time to brainstorm for the semester. We are hoping to have meetings roughly twice a month with one being on campus (likely in Fontana) as an information/brainstorming session, and another meeting being in the foundry. The foundry has been moved to CDME which is on west campus and is not quite as accessible as the old foundry. Luckily, there is a bus that drops off directly in front of CDME. The bus names and routes have changed slightly. The bus that rides out there is now called the Campus Connector, and the route can be viewed and the buses can be tracked in the Ohio State app. More detailed directions about navigating the foundry in CDME will come at a later time. This upcoming Sunday we will have a booth at the involvement fair on campus from 4:00-7:00. Stop by to ask questions or hang out. We hope to see everyone at our next meeting.
