[ACQCI] OhioLINK E-Resources (ERCI) and Acquisitions Community of Interest Meeting

It seems that people are in favor of a joint E-Resources and Acquisitions
Community of Interest meeting for late February / early March

The focus will be on Vanguard institutions' experiences thus far in the
Alma/Primo VE migration process. Since both interest groups are meeting
jointly, we'd like to block 90 minutes for the meeting, although people can
certainly leave early if needed.

At the moment, myself (Miami), Lauren Marshall (John Carroll), and Anne
Trenholme and Ted Pitts (CWRU) will talk about our experiences, but any
other Vanguard library members are invited to share their experiences as
well. This will be informal; no prepared presentation is necessary.

We plan discussion around the following topics:

1. Forms:
E-Resource Activation
Migration
Configuration, including Funds and Field Mapping

2. Recommended Training Videos

3. Recommended ways to communicate the LSP Migration Project to colleagues

4. Recommended Action Items:
Clean up mat types, fund codes, vendors, locations
Map out workflows
Check holdings accuracy

5. Alma and Primo VE Testing (time permitting)
