[ACQCI] Follow-Up: February OhioLINK Acquisitions - E-Resources Joint COI Meeting

Hi everyone,

Thanks for attending last week's joint Acquisitions - E-Resources COI
meeting. Thanks also to Lauren Marshall and Anne Trenholme for their
insights, and to Frank Bove for moderating the discussion.

And, thanks to everyone for attending and for a lively, engaging discussion.

Following our presentation "From the Vanguard Trenches. Experiences and
Lessons Learned Thus Far," many of us from the COIs discussed ideas for the
COIs moving forward.

Due to the demands of the 2024 LSP implementation workload, OhioLINK had to
make changes in providing support for all COIs. Specifically, they are
unable to provide support for recording and transcribing meetings, and
posting recordings, transcriptions, or meeting notes to Ostaff.

In lieu of posting to OStaff, the COIs will use our respective email
listservs for correspondences.

It was decided to continue quarterly joint Acquisitions - E-Resource COI
meetings for now. We will make sure that the agenda addresses issues
related to each.

We will discuss Chairs and Co-Chairs at our next meeting, tentatively
scheduled for April.
