I work with them. I use them more for out of stock/print items that I can't
get from GOBI (or that I think GOBI will cancel). Customer service is very
good. The interface of their tool InterAcq looks like old websites, but it
functions. I haven't done an analysis on what we get from them since I
think we are only in the second year of depending on them.

Anecdotally I think items I order from them take longer to arrive, but I am
mostly ordering items that require a little more effort. Overall I'm pretty
happy having them as our back up vendor. I've been moving away from Amazon,
since my university moved to amazon business which limits the suppliers I
can work with and I saw more canceled orders after the switch to amazon
business as well. They only do books though, so if you buy DVDs or other
physical stuff that still has to go elsewhere.

They do have a way to ask them to skip talking to publishers and look
straight into second sellers for out of print stuff, which I appreciate.
That takes the leg work out for me and helps me circumvent lengthy
discussions about being tax exempt with new vendors and our accounting dept.

When I started to work with them I talked to Steven Chase. When we had
started talking about using them as a secondary vendor he gave me a few
places that used them already, if I wanted to reach out and get a library's
take.
