[ACQCI] OhioLINK Acquisitions COI -- Next Meeting

It's about that time to hold our next Acquisitions COI meeting. It's also
about that time for the next E-Resources COI meeting. I know many of you in
this COI are also on that COI, so you'll see a similar agenda (NOTE: The
Acq COI meeting will be separate from the ERES COI meeting).
